This is my eleventh (or twelfth) year doing the Shred. I gotta look back but I think it’s 11.

This year I started in Revelation 22 as many began in Genesis 1.

The pic of me below is after swimming laps and about to go into the sauna. I had 10 chapters left and got about 5 done in the sauna.
